Business stretching · Sparks & Reno
You don’t stretch alone.
Sitting all day and standing all day lock the same places: the neck, shoulders, hips, and low back. Assisted stretching is a clothed, one-to-one session for that work. A practitioner increases the range of motion the employee can’t reach alone. The employee sets how far it goes, then goes back to the desk or the floor. It is not physical therapy and not a diagnosis.
On-site · 30 minutes · $40 inside a 4-hour slot
First home visit · 1 hour · $50
Then 5 sessions · $400 · or 10 sessions · $800
NASM · Flexologist · FRC · 7 years of experience
Why companies book it
A half hour that employees can feel before they get back to work.
A business books a 4-hour slot. Each employee still gets 30 minutes for $40. Not 25 minutes. Not 50.
For the employee
Thirty minutes out of the chair.
Clothed, one-to-one, no machines. Useful if you type, drive, stock, or build. You leave able to get back to the job, not with a lecture.
For the company
One length. Easy to schedule.
Every business session is 30 minutes and $40. On-site so people don’t burn PTO. Start with a demo. Keep the rotation if the team asks for the next date.
On-site for businesses
At the company. A 4-hour slot.
A business books one 4-hour slot. The practitioner stays at the office, shop, or yard. Each employee still gets 30 minutes at $40. Eight people, $320 for the afternoon. No package and no contract.
Concierge
Try the first hour for $50.
A first home visit is one hour for $50, in Sparks or Reno. After that, the schedule is a concierge program, not another one-off. Five sessions are $400. Ten sessions are $800. The time repeats, weekly or every other week. A clear floor, not a home gym. Not a 4-hour company slot.

The same practitioner comes to every session.
How this started.
I’ve been stretching clients for the past 7 years with my NASM, Flexologist, and FRC certifications. One of my biggest focuses outside of overall fitness is mobility and wellbeing. With all my clients it’s important to me that I create a supportive and fun environment for us to embark on a flexibility and fitness journey together.
My fitness story began as a student athlete at the collegiate level, which allowed me to travel the country, though I’m originally from Jacksonville, Florida. Before fitness, my first love was psychology and the path I first chose in college. Throughout my community I saw the dramatic rise of hypertension and diabetes, and I decided that I wanted to make use of my studies in psychology and my background in fitness to facilitate change.
After graduating with my B.A. in psychology I had to make a decision about the next stage in my life, and I knew exactly what I was going to pursue. My passion for fitness as a means to pursue health, happiness, and longevity continues to grow, and I look forward to helping as many people as I can.
On-site, a business books a 4-hour slot and each employee gets 30 minutes for $40. At home, the first hour is $50. After that, concierge is 5 sessions for $400 or 10 sessions for $800, on a repeating schedule. Assisted stretching. Not physical therapy. Not a diagnosis.
